Dealership Receives #1 in Service Satisfaction for Second Year in a Row
Route 46 Hyundai has
received the #1 Customer Satisfaction rating for their service department for
2018. They also received such a rating during 2017. The award is based on
Customer Service scores submitted to the manufacturer after the service visit
has been completed. After each service visit, an email is sent to the customer
that contains a survey to review their experience. Route 46 Hyundai achieved
the top ratings for all visits during 2018 amongst all Hyundai dealerships
within the district.
"We have taken it upon ourselves to truly listen to our
clients and take action based on their feedback, whether it is positive or
negative," said Dave Welker, Service Manager of Route 46 Hyundai.
The Route 46 Hyundai service location has expanded its operation
and now has a satellite location, which allows them to better accommodate
service requests. Customers used to have to wait weeks to get in for an
appointment, but now they can get customers in within a few days.
Welker believes a very important key to their success has
been the addition of Vivian Coulson to their staff. Coulson was hired as the
Client Relations Manager to engage with customers and speak to them about their
feedback. "I enjoy being able to speak with customers about their experience. I
am able to take their feedback and work with our staff to improve our process,
so we can continue to better serve our customers accurately and efficiently,"
stated Coulson.
CJ Meyer, General Manager of Route 46 Hyundai, stated, "We
